Scottish Toddler CSA victim’s family speak out

After the main offenders in one of Scotland’s highest profile cases were jailed for 13 and 16 years respectively, the parent(s) of one victim told their story to BBC News. Her view on how to handle offenders is thought-provoking in the extreme. For the record I have to disagree with it, but you’ll have to make your own mind up.
