Making sure you can reciprocate, and offering a validating response, can make all the difference in the world. The suggestions outlined here are just a few ways you can do just that.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Whether you’ve ever had this conversation before, and didn’t handle it well, or have never had it before, it’s going to happen if there are people you are close to in life. You will not go through life never knowing anyone who is dealing with mental health issues. You might go through life never being trusted enough for anyone to tell you about theirs, but educating yourself will go a long way to being useful, and supportive, to the people you care about.<\/p>\n
