It might not have all the answers you&#8217;ll ever need to deal with panic attacks, but it might be a good place to start in order to understand them. Once you understand what is happening and what you can do you&#8217;ll be better prepared for your next one, or to offer support to someone having one around you.<\/p>\n<p>We would all do well to
