I don&#8217;t know that I can remember the last time I just spent a short period thinking and not doing something to distract me from thinking.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;This mental health study found that people tend to enjoy time to just sit and allow their thoughts to wander much more than they initially thought. Other research hints to additional gains from this still shift, including less stress, increased energy, enhanced creativity and the ability to land at better resolutions to problems.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>See, my anxiety tells me not even to try this. Letting my mind wander could be dangerous. I could ruminate. Or maybe my brain needs that break to stop ruminating?<\/p>\n<p>This bit of science seems to suggest I&#8217;d be better of trying it.<\/p>\n<p>How about you?
