So I have recommended three: Brantley\u2019s <em>Calming Your Anxious Mind<\/em>, Bourne\u2019s <em>The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook<\/em>, and Barlow\u2019s <em>Mastery of Your Anxiety and Panic<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Needless to say, none of these books are perfect or will work for everyone or every kind of fear and worry. If one doesn\u2019t work for you, simply move on to the next.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I agree, one of these might be just the thing to help you. It&#8217;s also possible none of them will help. That&#8217;s OK, there are a lot of other books, websites, and other resources out there.
