A website dedicated to the Trans community, Transactual.uk.org, has a <a href=\"https:\/\/transactual.org.uk\/wellbeing\/\">page dedicated to mental health and wellbeing resources<\/a>. It contains information on services and programs for all members of the LGBTQ community, with a focus on the Trans community in the UK.<\/p>\n<p>The second is from the CPTSD Foundation. It&#8217;s not free, but it is intense.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cptsdfoundation.org\/pride\/\">Pride Support Program<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>This program features live calls and online groups, in a safe and supportive atmosphere, all designed through a trauma-informed lens, and developed to provide information, affirmation, and encouragement to trauma survivors in the LGBTQIA+ community.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>If you or someone you know could benefit from these resources, please pass it on!<span hidden class=\"__iawmlf-post-loop-links\"
