It truly is a cultural problem. Whether it&#8217;s the lack of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.childabusesurvivor.net\/wordpress\/2023\/11\/28\/loneliness-and-the-loss-of-third-places\/\">third places<\/a>, our focus on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.childabusesurvivor.net\/wordpress\/2023\/04\/14\/friendships-matter-much-more-that-the-value-we-place-on-them\/\">work instead of community<\/a>, or the fear of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.childabusesurvivor.net\/reviews\/2022\/08\/18\/sharing-thinking-about-reaching-out-to-someone-science-says-do-it\/\">reaching out to others<\/a>, we&#8217;re growing increasingly isolated.<\/p>\n<p>That isolation might feel like independence, but it does real harm.<\/p>\n<p>This impacts different groups in various ways, but it is not limited to any one group. It&#8217;s everywhere.
