This one caught my eye, however, and seems like something you may be interested in from Rachel Grant<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>This month, I want to introduce you to her book,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/dp\/B0FQ6LYTDK\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Unbroken: Turning Your Pieces Into Peace and Joy<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>While I haven\u2019t read it cover to cover yet, I\u2019ve witnessed Karen\u2019s wisdom, compassion, and courage over the years \u2013 and I know this book reflects exactly that. Unbroken blends memoir with practical guidance, reflection prompts, and embodied practices, giving readers a roadmap for healing, self-discovery, and transformation.<\/p>\n<p>What I love about this is the reminder that\u00a0<strong>repairing can be messy \u2013 and that\u2019s okay<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Healing isn\u2019t linear.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes it feels chaotic, confusing, or even impossible.<\/p>\n<p>And yet, when we show up for ourselves, work through the hard stuff, and let our growth unfold, the\u00a0<strong>results are always beautiful<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cptsdfoundation.org\/2026\/03\/11\/finding-beauty-in-the-pieces-a-journey-through-healing\/\">https:\/\/cptsdfoundation.org\/2026\/03\/11\/finding-beauty-in-the-pieces-a-journey-through-healing\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I love the idea that healing can be messy.
