Do you want to ask, but don&#8217;t know how? The link below has some suggestions for you, but maybe this is the one thing I want you to remember:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>You don\u2019t need perfect words. You don\u2019t need to be an expert. Often, just noticing someone and letting them know you care can make a huge difference.<\/p>\n<p>It can take courage to ask someone how they\u2019re really doing. But the good part is, sometimes you just need to listen &#8211; without judgement. Those small moments and acts of kindness can be hugely powerful.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mentalhealth.org.uk\/explore-mental-health\/blogs\/starting-conversation\">https:\/\/www.mentalhealth.org.uk\/explore-mental-health\/blogs\/starting-conversation<\/a><\/p>\n<p>How often do we wait until we have the answers, or jump into problem-solving mode when someone admits to struggling, when all they need is to know you care?
