None of us can be an advocate all day every day.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;I don\u2019t want my entire life to be all mental health advocacy all the time. That would just be boring, for one thing. But I think it would be obsessive, and it could be damaging. We need breaks.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>We do need breaks, from advocacy, from working on healing, from all the things related to living as a survivor. It&#8217;s the breaks that recharge us and give us the ability to continue to move forward.
