The trigger response only belongs to you. It resides within you and has something to do with an emotional injury from your past.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>That&#8217;s not to say that you can just be an ass and continue to do something that triggers another person once you know that it does, but if you get triggered randomly, you can&#8217;t make it the world&#8217;s responsibility to not trigger you. That&#8217;s not fair, and it creates an unhealthy atmosphere for people around you. Don&#8217;t do that.
