I love it when people can share their stories, but I want them to be aware of what having everyone know about your struggles, past and present, might mean, personally, professionally, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t get caught by surprise after you tell your story. Make sure you&#8217;re comfortable with not only people knowing, but however they may react.
