Talk about online safety with your children, as soon as they have access to internet connected devices.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Don&#8217;t send them off into the online world without some education. You wouldn&#8217;t do that anywhere else, don&#8217;t do it online. If they are old enough to be online, they&#8217;re old enough to have an age appropriate conversation about who else is online.<\/p>\n<p>There is much more at the link, some of it good advice, some of it I feel a little more ambivalent about, but this is vital.
