Online therapy might not work for every person, or every mental health struggle. But, it may work for some, which is kind of the point. It&#8217;s another option for treatment when we are sorely lacking.<\/p>\n<p>The one thing I felt like Amy failed to mention is that for some people in rural areas, online therapy might actually be the only reasonable way to get any therapy, so it may not be perfect, but it&#8217;s something.
