What are we waiting for?&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>We are losing not only young people, but people of all ages, races, genders, income levels, etc. to suicide. Every day we shrug our shoulders and blame it on social media, or parenting, or whatever other excuse you want to find to make it &#8220;someone else&#8217;s problem&#8221;, is a day where we lose a bunch more people.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t have all the answers, and I suspect Dr. Friedman would say the same, but I agree with him that we need to start doing something and making some major changes in how we view depression and mental health.<\/p>\n<p>In the mean time, more people will be lost.
