Or about things we can all do to look out for others and assist them with building a better life that doesn&#8217;t leave them wanting to escape?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;P.S. Reaching out can be a great place\u00a0to start. The issue is that campaigns make it seem much easier than it can be in real life. However, if you need help, there are\u00a0resources\u00a0which may help you! Please do not isolate yourself. Even if reaching out can be incredibly challenging, it can be the first step in the right direction.<\/p>\n<p>Hotline: Call 1-800-273-8255&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This is the important first step, but it&#8217;s still a marathon. It&#8217;s not the end of the story by any means. If you know someone struggling please, point them to a resource and help them take that first step. But understand that is not the end of their journey, or that they no longer need support from you and others.<\/p>\n<p>Heck, for that matter, is there anyone you know who needs you to be there and support them less?
