Sarah’s Law, championed and created by Sara Payne, mother of murdered eight-year-old schoolgirl Sarah Payne, is due for a review across the UK. Depending on the results of the extension to the pilot, the remit of the law could be expanded nationwide. However, every legal proposal in England and Wales will depend upon the final judgement of whichever party wins the General Election between May and up to 3rd June this year.
