In the news

I haven’t been posting here much, I know. But I have been linking to some news stories and such over in the forums, so feel free to check that out and add your two cents!

One thing I will say, boundaries are good things. Everyone should learn to have them and enforce them. It’s your life, you make of it what you will, no one else can do that for you, expecting them to only shows how much you don’t understand the idea of personal boundaries. I can’t discuss in much detail, but I’ve been witness to the results of someone who does not have a clear understanding of personal boundaries, expecting other people to pay attention to them whenever they feel the need for some attention, expecting other people to open up to them about their personal lives, etc. and feeling hurt when they don’t. It’s not pretty, and it’s not a healthy way to interact with people.
