Actor Leonard Rossiter, star of English TV Comedies Rising Damp and The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin, was accused last night of witnessing the second of two sexual attacks on a TV extra aged 18 in 1968. This was before those two hit comedies in the following decades before his death in 1984.
