It is true, we all need support in dealing with depression and we’d all like to think that we would be able to find it. Friends and family could be a source of support and encouragement, but tread lightly. Placing trust in those who don’t deserve it can be quite damaging. In the end, just remember that no matter how that person responds, or doesn’t, you will continue to do what you need to do for yourself, and seek out support elsewhere!
