Sharing – What You Need to Know About Suicidal Behavior Right Now

Dr. Franklin shares some really good information, about warning signs, and resources for help with suicide prevention, but maybe the best reason to read, and bookmark, the article is this one:

Now is the best time to start building a collection of resources that you may need one day for yourself or a loved one. Suicidal behaviors can happen at any moment, so instead of waiting until you truly need them, I recommend finding some trusted resources now to become familiar with.

So, read it. Click the links, and read some more. Bookmark the stuff that matters. Re-read it a few weeks from now, a few months from now, etc.

It might just save a life.
