Tumor Diary

Yeah it’s an interesting name, no doubt. 🙂

I was looking at Brian’s weblog, and saw a link to this series of articles from the BBC about a man and his battle with brain cancer. Pretty interesting stuff and it definitely fits the overall idea of linking to sites by and about people overcoming their setbacks, whether it be child abuse, mental illness, cancer or other disabilities.

Speaking of which, in going through the blogroll today I’ve noticed some of these have either stopped blogging, or are lost to the ether for some unknown reason. I need to find some more blogs to link to. Any suggestions?

    Happy 2011!

Much as Tracie mentioned in the last Blog Carnival Against Child Abuse of 2010, I’m not much for making New Year’s resolutions. On the other hand, I find birthdays, and new year’s, to be a good time to reflect on what’s going on, and check in to make sure I’m making progress in the areas…

  • Projects

As I wrote yesterday on my tech blog, I’m seriously feeling the need to work on some techie projects. I think I just need the outlet and the challenge to balance the non-challenges I have with work right now. Also, like I did on that site, I wanted to give you all the opportunity to…
