Reading – Mental health nurse reveals reality of working on a mental health ward

“‘Interacting with individuals who have overcome so much is not only humbling but inspiring.

‘I have every faith that the people I work with will go on to live a life that is meaningful to them.

‘For some it may take months and others it may take years but I believe everyone can get there.”

I have so much respect for that she does, and how she does it. I’m eternally grateful that there are people working with mental health patients who believe this. I know that I was impacted by a few many years ago, and though in some cases I do not even know who they are or where they are now, I’m still grateful.
