Live every day

A couple of people that I work with are dealing with deaths in their families this week. It makes for a work environment with a twinge of sadness to it. But it also serves as a good reminder to enjoy every day to it’s fullest and to appreciate all of the good things we have in our lives because they won’t always be there.     Dealing with Change and Challenges

    We have spent so much of our lives trying to survive, and protect ourselves, that the confidence that comes from making our own decisions, or overcoming new challenges is a foreign concept. We want nothing less than to have anything change, and yet life is all about change. We can’t avoid change, we can only learn to deal with it.
