Father Murders Own Children at the End of 3yr Disappearance Enquiry and Custody Battle
Overnight the Daily Mail updated its reporting on Josh Powell for Wednesday 8th February’s print edition. Powell murdered his sons with a hatchet before blowing up and burning down the entire house when the children were taken to the former family home for a supervised visit. There are now three separate enquiries into this murder-suicide in Washington which accompany the 2009 enquiry into his wife Susan Powell’s disappearance but whether anyone will get fired over the warnings that were ignored leading up to the bombing is, as always, unlikely.
