Survivors Guide for Men
Survivors Manchester have put together a guide for male survivors. As they describe it:
The Survivors Guide Project aims to produce a unique self-help guide written by male survivors of sexual abuse and rape for male survivors and their supporters to aid understanding of the legacy effects and provide information on healthy coping mechanisms and sources of support.
I have only browsed the file so far but it definitely looks interesting, and accomplishes one of the goals I’ve always had for my site, letting survivors know that they are not alone!
