Link – Shifting Your Perspective to Notice Your Progress

All of this.

“You may not be where you want to be in life, but if you’ve made progress, any progress, take a moment today to remember it, celebrate it, and learn from it because acknowledging your successes and building off your progress can really help you move forward.”

So, so many survivors are stuck in this rut of looking at what they think “healed” means, and noticing that they aren’t there yet, instead of simply noticing the improvement they are making day by day. It’s those little steps that get you closer to being healed, and remarkably, the more you notice and celebrate them, the more confidence you’ll have to keep going up the next steps.
