Link – Do’s & Don’ts of Mental Health Social Media Usage

Social Media can be something that brings both great, and awful, things to us when it comes to our mental health. We can all think of some things that fall on both sides of that statement, probably things we’ve seen within the last day. Given that, the advice here from The Calculating Mind would be a good place to start with trying to figure out how to use it more to benefit your mental health.

It does offer more than we typically see covered in a click-bait article about trolls and negativity, but we also need to careful about making sure to manage our involvement.
