Sharing – Cheerscrolling, How To Add Positivity To Your Day

I’ve been an advocate of using social media positively for a long time and eliminating accounts that you follow that aren’t helping you. I haven’t gone as fas as making up a new term for it, but I like this one:

Cheerscrolling is the flip-side to doomscrolling, whereby you seek positive and uplifting content to consume by filtering your news for positive content to scroll through.

Can it be done? Probably. Would it require a lot of difficult decisions and unfollows? Yeah.

On the other hand, even if you don’t reach a point where your social media is all cheerful all the time, we could definitely use some more positive content in our feeds. This wouldn’t be a bad way to find some of that.

Check it out, and let us know what accounts bring cheer to your own scrolling?
