We’re a long way from actual proof, but the research so far is showing some promise. This could be huge, as one of the most frustrating things for people who do finally make the effort to get help for mental health issues, is a lack of available resources. Being waitlisted for even an initial appointment can make that effort seem worthless to many who are suffering right now. Online tools that could help those people, even if only as a temporary fix, could help a lot of people.
Here’s hoping we find some solutions to this problem, regardless of where they come from.
