I completely agree with what Gabe has to say in this video. None of us can be an advocate all day every day.

We do need breaks, from advocacy, from working on healing, from all the things related to living as a survivor. It’s the breaks that recharge us and give us the ability to continue to move forward. Be sure to take of yourself,
