These are US-based, so those of you outside the US, please share your local numbers in the comments, but I wanted t bookmark it here for everyone’s reference.

“If you or anyone you know is experiencing abuse, domestic violence, suicidal thoughts or sexual assault, these are the numbers to call.”

Keep them handy, you never know when you, or someone you love, may need them.
