NPR featured Dr. Nerurkar’s book and offered a brief look at what the five resets are and what they are designed to do:

Her book is intended to be a “road map” for anyone struggling with chronic stress and burnout, she says. The tools she offers are ways to incorporate rest and recovery into people’s daily routines.

The list of five may not surprise anyone, but as you look at what you want to prioritize in the new year, these five things might be helpful, especially finding quiet time and breaks from all the noise in life to focus on what matters to you the most.
