I recently wrote about sharing your mental health issues online, by liking pages, or sharing posts, etc. I also mentioned that there may be some real reasons not to do so.
This post does a good job of giving you the questions you should ask yourself before you decide to “come out”, either online or offline about your diagnosis. It’s about Bipolar Disorder, but the questions and thought process applies to any mental health issue.
