Bear in mind that none of these things will treat depression, or other mental health issues by themselves, but these are good things to help us get through the day to day with a better outlook, and can alleviate some of the symptoms. Some days, we need all the help we can get, and if meditating, exercising, or volunteering can provide a little bit, we should consider doing those things.
