Reviews Elsewhere – Five Books That Genuinely Improved My Happiness And Mental Health
In the interest of helping people find resources that may be helpful to them in their healing, I’m going to link to Amy Packham’s list of books that she has benefited from reading.
I don’t necessarily know that all of these books would be my cup of tea, so to speak, but I know survivors come in all shapes, sizes, and worldviews, so I’m sharing the list in the hopes that some of you may find something useful to you.
On the other hand, Amy also shares the “best advice” she got from each of the five books, and I do think those provide some really interesting tidbits to think about, so maybe I should pick up one or two of these books myself. đŸ˜‰
If you’ve read any of them, and want to tell us more about how they influenced you, feel free to leave a review that I can publish and share with other readers!
