Let’s face it, even if you don’t know anyone who has a diagnosed anxiety disorder, it’s highly likely that you know someone who struggles with anxiety at times in their lives. This advice would be useful to remember for anyone during an anxious episode, panic attack, or just overwhelmed with life right now.

Listen, ask questions, enlist professional help when needed, and make sure to take care of yourself too.
