Buzzfeed is not normally I site I link to often, but when they put together this list, I thought it might be worth sharing with everyone.
There are some that many of you may be familiar with, like the emotion wheel, or signs of depression, but there are also some that just provide some really helpful reminders, like this one about social media:
It’s a good reminder that if your feed is full of things like this, it may be time to rethink what you are doing on social media and to rethink who you follow. If the posts you see are causing you to feel bad about yourself it’s time to make some changes and get more positive feedback on your social media. Remember, you choose what accounts to follow, so take control over that! Also, consider what you share, maybe a few of the charts at the link above might help your followers, or dare I suggest, sharing one of our posts? 😉
